Maharashtra Pollution Control Board NOC or no objection certificate is a mandatory document that you need to procure from the authority before starting any construction or industries activity.

If you want to start a new project in Maharashtra related to hazardous chemicals, waste management, or recycling setup, you need one thing: an environment clearance certificate and permits from the state pollution control board. The MPCB NOC is a necessary document for any company or individual that needs to operate in the state of Maharashtra.

Trying to do business in India without the MPCB NOC is like trying to build a car without an engine. It’s just not going to work.

The MPCB NOC is required for setting up a new factory, transferring existing factories, and starting any new project related to hazardous chemicals, waste management, or recycling setup.
